Building carbon removal where the sugarcane grows.

Led by a team with over 35 years in timber processing and global trade, Quantum Green converts an abundant agricultural residue into lasting climate and agronomic value.

Mission

To convert agricultural residue into durable carbon removal and healthier soils.

Vision

A region in which harvest residue is never burned, and farmland stores more carbon than it releases.

The leadership behind Quantum Green.

The mission is new; the experience behind it is not. For over 35 years, our leadership ran plants that processed wood into sawn planks, plywood, chipboard, blockboard and other boards, and traded timber and lumber with buyers around the world.

They founded Quantum Green to apply that discipline to carbon removal. Drying, sizing and grading biomass, running a plant safely and meeting buyers’ documentation standards all carry over; the pyrolysis line comes from an established equipment partner, and certification from independent verifiers.

Over 35 years of leadership in timber processing & trade

What our leadership brings.

Processing expertise

Decades running plants that convert raw wood into planks, plywood, chipboard and blockboard.

Global logistics

Practical experience of shipping, customs and export documentation across international markets.

Quality discipline

Grading and inspection standards honed on the factory floor and proven with demanding buyers.

Trusted relationships

Enduring partnerships with buyers, suppliers and distributors worldwide.

The right resource, in the right location.

Those capabilities matter most close to the raw material. Upper Egypt is the centre of the country’s sugarcane industry, and each harvest leaves mills with substantial volumes of bagasse, frequently burned in the open or left to decompose.

By locating a modern pyrolysis facility alongside that resource, we can stabilise its carbon as biochar and return it to the same agricultural land, with minimal transport, full traceability and a lasting responsibility to the communities around us.

Values that govern how we operate.

Transparency

We disclose our process data, verification records and methodology limitations.

Safety

The safety of our people and neighbouring communities takes precedence over output.

Integrity

We claim only what we can measure, and we subject our claims to independent audit.

Local commitment

We recruit, train and procure locally, building capability that remains in the region.

Clear ownership, from reactor to registry.

Those values are upheld by a focused organisation, structured around the functions that determine performance and credibility.
